Statewide executive, judicial and education district contests retain their own scope.

Nevada Lieutenant Governor

Nevada elects a Lieutenant Governor statewide, separately identified from the Governor. A state Senate presiding function does not make this a Senate district campaign.

Clark County and Las Vegas are separate campaign scopes

Nevada has 21 Senate seats and 42 State Assembly seats. Las Vegas municipal wards are different from Clark County commission districts, judicial departments, and school trustee districts. The state advertising statute expressly addresses certain text and Internet communications; final content review needs the actual payer, format, and applicable provisions.
