Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Ananasi LLC handles information through this public website and its inquiry workflow. Contact privacy@ananasillc.com or call (276) 262-6274 with privacy questions.

Scope, roles, and policy version

Effective October 11, 2026 · Version 1.1.

This notice applies to visitors to ananasillc.com and people who contact Ananasi through the website, email, or phone. It describes the public website and inquiry workflow. It does not govern a campaign’s independent collection or use of voter, supporter, volunteer, donor, or recipient information.

When Ananasi handles information for a campaign service engagement, the signed agreement and any private data-handling terms identify the parties’ roles, permitted purposes, safeguards, retention, and request responsibilities. A request involving records controlled by a campaign may need to be directed to that campaign; Ananasi will assist as required by the applicable agreement and law.

Information you provide and sensitive-data boundary

The general contact form asks for your name, email, and question, with an optional organization. The campaign brief also asks for the committee, office or measure, jurisdiction, and format preference; timing and recipient estimates are optional. We receive the fields you submit. Email or phone contact provides the information you choose to share.

Do not submit voter or supporter lists, individual political-affiliation information, government identifiers, passwords, authentication secrets, payment-card or bank information, medical information, children’s information, or sensitive documents through the public inquiry form. The form is not a document-transfer portal.

If we receive sensitive information that was not requested, we limit access while we determine the appropriate response. We may delete it, return it through an appropriate method, or retain only what an applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping obligation requires.

Website and request information

Hosting systems may record connection addresses, request time, requested page, response status, and browser information for operation, security, and troubleshooting. When you submit the form, available context can include the inquiry page, a referrer stripped of query details, browser user agent, language, screen and viewport dimensions, time zone, and campaign-source tags you supplied through the page URL. We do not infer your identity, voter registration, precise location, or political affiliation from this context.

How we use and share information

We use inquiry information to evaluate requests, prepare quotes, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and maintain operational records. Website inquiry notifications reach the company inquiry recipient and may be processed through our hosting, mail, and Turms workflow systems. Authorized personnel and service providers may process information only as needed for these purposes and under the applicable arrangements. We may disclose information when needed to meet legal obligations or protect rights and security. This website does not sell inquiry information or use advertising pixels.

Website analytics and your choices

We use our Matomo service to understand page visits, referring website origins, navigation and contact-link clicks, article engagement, directory filtering, form-field interactions and validation, inquiry submission outcomes, tool usage, and fixed actions in the workflow demonstration. The service receives technical request information such as browser information and connection addresses; Matomo is configured to anonymize IP addresses. Analytics does not receive your form answers, draft messages, contact details, file names or contents, tool inputs, or URL query strings. We do not use session recordings, advertising identifiers, or cross-site visitor profiles.

The tracker uses no analytics cookies. You can disable or enable analytics with the control in the footer; your choice is saved in browser local storage. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from reading guides, using tools, or submitting an inquiry. Browser or network blocking may limit measurement.

Tools, cookies, and local storage

The planning calculators and media checker process their inputs on your device. Selecting media for the checker does not upload it. A downloaded inquiry draft remains on your device. The motion pause and analytics opt-out preferences use browser local storage. This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies; hosting and mail operations may still produce the request and delivery records described above. The event-revision demonstration also runs locally and does not contact recipients or connect to a campaign system.

Email responses and communication choices

A submitted inquiry may receive an acknowledgment and relevant follow-up. Providing an email address is not enrollment in an unrelated marketing list and does not grant permission to send campaign texts. Tell us if you no longer want inquiry follow-up. Any separately offered promotional subscription must have its own clear enrollment process.

Your choices and privacy requests

Email privacy@ananasillc.com or call (276) 262-6274 to make a request. Describe the request and provide the email address, inquiry reference, or relationship needed to locate the relevant records. Do not send a government identifier, password, or other sensitive document unless Ananasi asks for it through an appropriate verification method.

To protect information, we may confirm a request through an existing contact channel or ask for the minimum additional information needed to verify identity and authority. An authorized agent may be asked to provide signed permission or other proof of authority, and we may confirm the request directly with you.

If another organization, such as a campaign, controls the requested information, we may direct the request to that organization and assist as appropriate. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, or otherwise within a reasonable period, and explain when an applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping need limits the request. Available rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

  • Ask what personal information Ananasi maintains about you and request a copy when applicable.
  • Ask to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Ask to delete personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
  • Change inquiry follow-up or other communication preferences.
  • Ask a question about the website’s privacy practices.

Retention

We retain information as needed for the inquiry, resulting business relationship, security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and applicable obligations. Retention can differ for inquiry records, mail and Turms workflow records, hosting or security logs, analytics, and backups. When information is no longer needed under those purposes and obligations, it is deleted, anonymized, or allowed to expire under the applicable system process.

External links, children, and changes

External websites have their own practices. This business website is intended for campaign professionals and is not directed to children. Do not submit children’s personal information. We may update this notice when the website or its handling practices change. A revised policy will show a new effective date and version, and material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Prior versions are available by request.
