Campaign Reply Management
Reply management needs a staffed workflow with campaign-approved answers and escalation rules.
Built around your reply management planning.
Campaign identity
Use the committee’s campaign identity; keep official government notices separate.
Jurisdiction and scope
Use the actual electoral district, county, city, or retention jurisdiction.
Replies and opt-outs
Assign response coverage and keep suppression records current.
SMS or MMS. The format your campaign needs.

The service conversation
Logistics, finance questions, wrong-recipient messages, complaints, and opt-outs should be routed according to their actual needs. Closing an inbox item does not itself prove suppression.
Prepare a response map
Confirm the actual inbox or handoff capability, coverage hours, assignment method, approved context, and record access. Test how an opt-out changes future send eligibility.

Closing an inbox item is not the whole outcome
A wrong-recipient reply can require a data correction, while an opt-out requires a suppression action. The reply workflow should show both the conversation disposition and the downstream change. Define who checks completion so a closed ticket is not mistaken for evidence that future sends were blocked.
