The approval remains accountable
A system can prepare information, route a task, or support a review while the campaign retains a clear release authority. Document which actions require human approval, which integrations can execute them, and how a changed message or event reopens review.
Define it in the engagement
Agree on escalation, pause, cancellation, and correction paths. The person owning the decision should be able to understand the action, its inputs, and the supporting evidence. Do not infer authority from an earlier conversation.
Discuss the actual workflow
Bring the use case to Ananasi. The proposed implementation, access responsibilities, reporting, and support commitments should be specified in the quote before the workflow receives campaign data.
