Persistence with purpose
Pantheon describes persistent memory across experience, concepts, procedures, and identity. Its solution materials position knowledge continuity as a way to retain institutional context and unresolved questions across changing teams.
Apply continuity to the work
A campaign might revise a venue after a draft is approved. A proposed continuity workflow should connect that correction to the affected message and its reviewer, rather than leave the old approval detached from the new facts. This is a planning example, not a claim about an installed automation.
Define the boundary
Keep only relevant, authorized information. Establish access, retention, correction, and deletion responsibilities before an integration receives campaign records. A memory architecture does not itself grant permission to process personal information.
